Balcony solar, explained in plain language
Balcony solar (also called plug-in solar) is one or two solar panels with a small inverter that plugs into a regular wall outlet. It cuts your electricity bill without a rooftop install. In the US it needs a state law to be allowed, and 10 states have signed one so far.
